Alexander Berger

Alexander Berger is an Associate at Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP. Alexander primarily focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation matters, arbitrations and mediation disputes, negligence claims, and class actions.

Alexander’s professional experience began with an immersive internship with the Honorable Stephen A. Bucaria, Justice of the Supreme Court, State of New York, where Alexander got a firsthand look at civil litigation and procedure, and where he performed extensive legal research and Court order drafting. Alexander later worked with Universal Music Group analyzing, drafting and negotiating complex contractual agreements, and later assisted in counseling a multinational pharmaceutical corporation client in FDA licensure and related compliance for clinical trial sales and overall business operations.

Alexander understands how essential communication is to successful litigation, and he takes the time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals, concerns, values, and feedback. Alexander’s collaborative approach to client service lends valuable insight into each unique legal matter.

Owing to his passion for the creative arts, Alexander is an active member of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, providing pro bono legal service and client education to artists as well as various arts and cultural organizations in greater New York.
