Joshua S. Stevens

Joshua S. Stevens is Of-Counsel to FSF. Joshua is a criminal defense attorney, representing the accused in New York’s State and Federal Courts, and is a well-respected member of the Criminal Defense bar. He has defended clients in white collar criminal prosecutions, high-level narcotics, and weapons possession cases, regularly representing public figures or New York luminaries in prosecutions followed closely by the press.

Joshua is also a sports agent licensed by the NFLPA since 2005 as a Contract Advisor, where he has represented over 50 NFL players. Joshua holds an earnest passion for philanthropy and is very active in NYC-based fundraising. He is also an avid tennis player, cyclist and boatsman, with a local reputation as a well-known and active community member in Greenwich Village.

Joshua regularly appears before all New York State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Joshua grew up in Manhattan where he attended Brooklyn Technical High School and Collegiate School, two of the most prestigious and iconic institutions in the nation.
