Michael Jagiani

Michael Jagiani is Of Counsel to Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP. Michael is a seasoned litigator who regularly represents sophisticated business clientele in complex real estate and construction disputes. He routinely represents parties in contractual claims, adjoining landowner actions, RPAPL §881 proceedings and various other complex litigation matters across the business, real estate and construction spheres.

Prior to joining FSF, Michael maintained his own practice with a focus on representing business owners in the construction industry. In this capacity, Michael routinely obtained favorable results for his clients including a major construction concern. He also represented a developer in a contentious multiparty "bet the project" litigation where he obtained a RPAPL §881 license allowing the completion of a major ground-up construction development.

Michael has also been associated with several large national litigation firms where he served as lead counsel on numerous high profile matters. Michael has also been quoted in a New York Law Journal cover story regarding his precedent-setting appellate victory on behalf of one of the largest entities in the Fortune 500.

Michael resides in Manhattan with his wife and son.
